We are Star Stable Entertainment AB and we are the makers of the Wildsong app and web site. Keeping your information private is very important to us and we would like to tell you how we do this.
What Information do we collect and why?
To play in the Wildsong app or use the Wildsong web site, we do not collect any personal data directly from you. Personal data is information about you and can include things like your full name, address, email or phone number.
If you need help, we will ask for an email address but this will only be collected to answer your question one time only and then deleted.
We do collect some information to help us run the app and web site such as the country you live in, how much time you spend in our game and the mobile devices you use and similar. But this information does not identify you, this means that we do not know who you are.
Who do we work with?

The Services are designed to collect as minimal personal information as possible about you. We collect the following information:
When you download and use the App, we may collect certain technical information, including your device identifiers, truncated IP address, game progress, time spent playing, and achievements.
Such technical information will be used by Star Stable:
- To make sure that you get the right version of the App or Sites for your country;
- To give access and provide the functionality of the App to you, so that you can progress and get the best possible App experience;
- To help us troubleshoot crashes and improve the functionality of the App;
- To identify irregular Site behavior, prevent fraudulent activity, improve security, or allow you to make use of our Site functionalities; and
- Where permitted by law, to measure and analyze how the App is used for internal statistical and analytical purposes.
Customer service: If you contact us for help, we will only use your email address and the contents of your message to reply to your question, and we will not use or store any personal information that you provide to us for any other purpose.
- Sharing of personal data
We do not share any personal information with independent third parties for their own marketing purposes. The only third-party service providers we use in our Services are to support our internal operations. These companies process technical information only on our behalf where permitted by law, to help us to provide the Services and understand the use of the Services.
We work with the following third party service providers that may collect technical information as outlined above but are restricted from sharing this data or using it for any other purpose other than that described below:
- Microsoft Azure PlayFab supports our backend services for the App;
- Unity In-App Purchasing to facilitate microtransactions in the App;
- Firebase Crashlytics to help manage bugs or crashes in the App;
- Firebase analytics to help us better understand your use of the App;
- Singular is our mobile marketing platform and provides attribution services for the App;
- SuperScale consults on ad creatives and campaigns
- Zendesk for customer service and support

We may also make personal and de-identified information available to third parties in these limited circumstances: (1) when we believe that doing so is required by law, (2) when we believe that it is necessary to protect your safety, the safety of others on our platform, or our rights or property, or (3) in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, purchase or sale of assets, or transition of service to another provider, as permitted by law and/or contract.
If a third-party service provider is located in a country outside the EU/EEA, your personal information may be transferred to a country that does not have data protection laws equivalent to ours. In those cases, Star Stable will endeavor to put in place appropriate safeguards to protect your personal information in connection with the transfer. Our Services are designed to limit personal information collection and sharing to only what is necessary to support our internal operations. If we need to collect additional personal information, we will seek the verifiable consent of the players’ parent or guardian.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has uploaded personal information to our site without your consent, or wish to review information collected from your child, or have that information modified or deleted, you may contact us as described in “Contact us” below. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information in violation of applicable law, we will delete any personal information we have collected, unless we have a legal obligation to keep it, and terminate the child’s account, if applicable.
